<Q: Please elaborate on your language policy.> We aim to recycle hard plastic packaging and ideally get it back in a closed loop back to the moulding companies that make the plastic packaging

<Q: Can you describe your approach, or the approach of your organisation, to supporting/point-of-sale information with regard to plastic packaging?> We will happily work with any company, to guide them on the best materials to use for recyclability 
<Q: Are there any examples of labelling that you are especially proud of? If you aren't involved in design, please tell us about some packaging/labelling that you especially like, and why.> We like all clear labelling with clear information of the material and how to recycle it

<Q: Is there anything that you purposely avoid including on packaging labels?> Greenwashing mis-information 
<Q: What do you most want consumers to take away from the text on packaging labels? Is there any messaging that you feel isn't landing with consumers?> To be able to quickly understand what the best route for disposal / recycling is for their packaging
